HOW YOU CAN HELP CREATE MOMENTS OF HAPPINESS:
Daily inspection of the kitchen and its parameters
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service and quality of dishes served
Act as a leader and trainer for brigade members
Participate in management activities (scheduling, work allocation, performance evaluation, etc.)
Apply hygiene, sanitation and health & safety standards
Contribute to menu planning and preparation
Manage food inventory to ensure the quality of products used and minimize waste;
Monitor purchases and the quality of goods received
Communicate and collaborate with the dining room management team
Maintain ongoing liaison with other hotel departments and various internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen.
DESIRED PROFILE :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, including brigade management
Ability to express oneself in French and English
Availability evenings and weekends
